Lease at Bryans Corner; Parks and Wildlife Service; and Brammall.

Tasmanian Citizens draw to the attention of the House that: in March 2007, the Minister responsible for the Parks and Wildlife Service granted a lease to the Brammalls to conduct camping tours at Bryans Corner, Freycinet National Park; the Minister suspended this 5 year lease in July 2007 citing that a dormant sea eagle's nest may be compromised; and the Parks and Wildlife Service knew of this nest in 2003. Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to call upon the Minister to comply with her obligations and abide by provisions of that lease at Clause 22 and enter into the dispute resolution process as agreed to.
