Tasmanian Citizens draw to the attention of the House that Tasmanians who are terminally ill or suffer from intolerable pain are not legally able to access medication which would enable them to end their life. People in these circumstances should have the right to die a peaceful death in a place and time of their choosing. Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to legalise voluntary euthanasia.
