Tasmanian citizens draw to the attention of the House the $650,000 'natural justice' payment made by Tasmanian Premier Paul Lennon to Richard Butler after his resignation as Governor of Tasmania. Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to provide an assurance that this payment, that has no legal obligation, be reallocated to infrastructure and services that provide the residents of Tasmania with improved health services, healthy life styles and well being.
